Join **WOOO (Women Out of Office)** for a **FREE nervous system regulation + yoga class** 🧘‍♀️🙏✨ WOOO is welcoming Meghan Hennessy as our instructor for April: Meghan Hennessy is a yoga teacher and somatic therapist specializing in nervous system regulation and trauma-informed healing.
